All support runs through Discord — it's the fastest way to reach us, and most issues are solved in a few minutes. Open a ticket there for anything about payments, licenses or your device.

Licence problems

My key is still hidden after payingPayment must be confirmed on-chain first.

Litecoin payments are credited once the network confirms them, not when you send them. This usually takes a few minutes. The Subscription page updates on its own — leave it open. If an hour has passed, send us the transaction ID on Discord.

My licence says EXPIREDBuy or redeem a new one.

Expiry is measured on our server clock, not your PC clock, so changing your system time does nothing. Timed licences start counting from the moment they are redeemed, not from the moment they were generated.

My licence says REVOKED or DISABLEDContact us on Discord.

A revoked licence has been withdrawn, usually for sharing or a payment reversal. We can explain what happened, but the client will not run on it.

I have a key from an adminRedeem it on the Subscription page.

Keys issued directly by an admin work exactly like purchased ones. Paste it into the redeem box and it binds to your account. The timer starts at redemption.

Device problems

It says my device is not authorizedYour licence is bound to another PC.

One licence authorizes one PC. The first launch binds it. If you have reinstalled Windows, changed motherboard or moved to another machine, request a device reset from the HWID Reset page.

How often can I reset?—

The limit exists to stop one licence being shared between people. If you genuinely need a reset sooner — a dead PC, a warranty replacement — ask on Discord and we can clear it manually.

What do you store about my PC?A one-way fingerprint.

We store a hashed identifier that lets us tell one machine from another. Your dashboard only ever shows Bound or Not Bound — raw hardware serials are never displayed on the website.

Email verification

I never got the emailCheck spam, then resend.

The resend button on your Account page has a 60 second cooldown. We only tell you the email was sent once our mail provider has actually accepted it — if you saw an error instead, the send genuinely failed and retrying is worth it.

The verification link says expiredRequest a fresh one.

Links are single use and time limited. Opening an old one after you have already verified is harmless — just log in normally.

Gmail is filtering itSearch from:royalcheats

Gmail sometimes files first-time senders under Promotions or Spam. Searching by sender finds it even when it is not in your inbox. Marking it "Not spam" once fixes it for good.
